[Sad enough, I have received the ench-mail from Ender. I suppose it is the right place (Membership) to post this]

Ender,

I am sad that you leave already the clan. Certainly I find normal that someone leave the clan when the goal of the clan is no more her/his own goal or, as in this case, when she/he feels that her/his voice is not listened...

I can understand that there were faults made by several people: GrayGradi made a mistake with the votes; Lilly handled the membership of Phiros with a bit of chaos; I was a little hasty with my (dubble) replies. But I feel that were only "youth mistakes" (ok, for me, "old age mistake" :-) we are beginning to accustom ourself to our different offices.

Hmm, I speak too much as you wrote "I will not explain why im leaving here but if anyone cares to know you can talk to me in the lands".

One important thing to me: thank you for saying that you had left! I like knowing it rather than discovering it in the lands.

That you have take the time to organize the consequences is nice: Hunt Master, the sunstone (I think it will be fair that you receive back what you already paid for the sunstone)... what about the defenders of Dawn (pushball team)?

I will be glad to see, chat and hunt with you in the lands.

Why can't he keep his SS and pay back as he would when he stayed in the clan? That would be fair enough I think.

If someone who has an SS and payed back completely would leave the clan, I doubt he/she should be forced to give back the SS and get the money in return.

I agree.

I can see that being an option, but not as a constant rule. In this case, if you review the Treasury log, no repayments had been made, so in this case, it makes sense to just cancel the transaction.

There is a complication that we have a Sunstone purchased at 2000c, and that may be above market value when someone takes it. I think that when it is given to a clan member, I'll just take what Elendril is selling them for, charge that, and swallow the loss.

Also, the system works on the theory that the clan purchases an item and loans that item to a member, and the member then purchases the item off of the clan. So once the money has been paid, the clan no longer has any hold over that item, it has been sold.

But, should Ender wish to work something out with the Sunstone, I'm open to talk about it.

I noticed after Ender gave me back his sunstone that he seemed to have another, so I think he already had the money to pay the clan back and just bought a new sunstone with it.

I could swear you sent me a sunstone message after you gave me yours. Were you using Stone-That-Think?

Ender,

Would you like to keep your sunstone? Or do have emotional feelings which forbid this? I guess Aerick has the last word on it (since he's the treasurer) but if you don't want to keep it anyway, we don't have to think about it. :)

Personally I'd be very happy if you would still keep it.. Afterall you were a member of our clan and it would be a sign that we're still connected to you in a way.

I would prefer to not keep the Sunstone....

Aww.. that makes me very sad now, but I accept your decision. Hope we still can hunt together once in a while.
