Hey everyone, (if any of you still remember me, that is)
Well, after many months of having books force-fed down my throat (shortly after most of SD disbanded) by an evil Thoom who shall remain nameless for the moment... *cough* Hidden *cough* I'd like to express my interest in joining the Winds of Dawn.
I was skeptical at first, but from what I've seen, I'm growing more and more impressed at how well this new "organization" thing is working.
Abstract (for those too lazy to read above IC jibberish): I'd like to join and if possible hold the office of either Asst. Clown or Clan Muse (since I may soon be a full bard)
Respectfully,
Abstract Logic To Help Us Survive! (Althus)

I resent that comment about the books.

I don't know about the rest of the clan, but with a litle of you getting to know the rest of the clan, you have my vote.
I have known Althus for, umm, a long time. And I think he would be a good candidate.

I'm glad you see you considering joining Althus. We've been friends from way back, and although we often bicker, I do like you and would like to spend more time with you again.
That being said I do have a few concerns that I hope you can address and think about if you truly want to be a windy dawny guy :)
1. I know that thoom's been keeping you busy. Do you think you'll have time to be an active member of the clan?
2. That thoom has a clan meeting the same time as our weekly meeting. Will this be a problem or do you think you can work out some sort of balance? Meeting attendance isn't required, but it would be nice if you could make some of the meetings.
3. You've expressed to me in the past a lack of love for organization. I know you tend to appreciate a more chaotic style. Do you think the clan's approach will work for you?

Sure, if you haven't noticed, I've been out of the library a whole lot more since Entil (Yay EZFC! FERT!!) kicked his butt.

Not anymore, the thoom quit his clan.

Sure. I was skeptical about the whole organization thing at first, mainly because I just didn't think it could be efficient. You've proved me wrong.
