I'm curious as to what was the whole story regarding Tenebrion PND in town in a catatonic state. I heard it was an experiment gone awry, but I'm also wondering what was suggested to heal him.
Ya, would be interesting to hear about that in more detail.
I was told Tenebrion was found PND in the EP - A group
chained him then back to his conference room where Umbrion
showed up.
Umbrion claimed that the exiles almost killed Tenebrion and
was not very pleased. Our healers were not able to raise him
yet, so Tenebrions stays fallen until we can?
Was there anything more with Umbrion?
Anyone with more bits about that incident?

Tenebrion was taken to Purgatory (with considerable difficulty) and most of the healers in the lands at the time were gathered, and managed to finally raise him there.
Unfortunately, the trauma of the event seems to have caused him to lose his memory. He was befriended by some of the exiles present and given a place to stay in town.
The accident which caused the problem in the first place seems to have been Tenebrion's own doing. However, I'm sure Umbrion can manage to find a way to blame exiles for it. He usually does.

I should have a full account of the tale up on my scrolls by tomorrow night.

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but if Tenebrion truly has lost his memory, I won't mind if he does not regain it.

Has anyone yet talked to Umbrion? Have we ruled out that maybe it was Umbrion who caused his brothers experiment to go wrong?
I'm almost afraid to ask, but where does this leave the whole orga stone trade thing? I'd been under the impression that Tenebrion was primarily handling the deal for himself and his brothers.
I read the copy of Laiy's transcript that was in Aravir's scrolls. It was very informative. I made me curious about the portal stone and what he might have been atempting with it when he was nearly killed. Does anyone have additional information?

The deal is with all six brothers. The incapacitates of one of them are unlikely to effect it.

Tenebrion was known to carry a Portal Stone as part of his typical equipment. While it is possible he was using it specifically, he also may not have been. Regardless, it would not have been unusual for him to have one.
As to what he as doing, while not entirely clear, given the state in which he was found, he did mumble some things in the same dialect which is used in the writings found in the Tower. From these, I glean that he was in the process of negotiating the access to the Third Sphere of the Ethereal Plane, when he was overwhelmed by an uncontrollable Ethereal Force. What that would entail I am not sure, though I suspect he meant that it was the Ether itself which overwhelmed him, rather than the creatures of the Plane.

Tenebrion was actually holding onto a dagger when exiles first found him on the Ethereal Plane:
"Tenebrion has not disclosed his race, is male, is a Fighter, and is not wearing the symbol of any clan."
"He is holding a dagger, and he is wearing a sunstone and an Ethereal Amulet."

Lundar is correct. We were sitting with him in Purgatory when he pulled out the Ethereal Portal Stone which he came into town equipped with after being raised. That stone is now in Sor's hands, I believe.
Tan'ki for the information. I suppose the best guess is he was just doing normal Tenebrion stuff then and maybe got unlucky or careless? I didn't realize that him having a portal stone in his pack was as unremarkable as me having a brambleberry cluster in mine. Is it weird that he was armed with a dagger? I would have thought if he'd been on the etherial plane he would have wanted to have a more hefty weapon drawn, perhaps one of those sword of souls things he sells.
I do hope he gets his memory back; even if we have reason to believe him capable of monsterous things, leaving him with no memory of who and what he is still a terrible fate.

Maybe he does not wish to pay the price of using a Sword of Souls.
Not that I know of any price to be paid for using a sword that sucks the souls of its victims, mind you.
