The Bob Report

[Bob the Archer]

This next clan meeting, on the 16th, is going to be Bob's last for quite a while- between 2-4 Puddleyears. He is not leaving, just pursuing a rather intricate course in advanced Brewing techniques.

I hope as many of you as possible will come to see me off at the meeting. I will bring a keg- I hope of Brambleberry Beer, but otherwise of good honest Stout.

Oh- and in other Bob related news- There is some special tidings that I will relate at the meeting- an event to plan for when I return.

I have some semi-reliable information that I will be able to post here occasionally during my studies- just not to come out of the library. I hope that is true.

My last couple of attempts at making a clan meeting haven't panned out (one was the darshak invasion and the other was last night where there was only Darad, Himi and myself).

Hopefully I can make it on the 16th!

I honestly cannot say i shall miss you Bob, because dont know you that well, but if you will be writing to us as good as your WoD application i wont miss you at all! Still, best of luck and hope to see you in the future. and i'll be there the 16th [;)]

You should have waited a few days before announcing it. Then everyone could go to your farewell thing tomorrow and get all sappy and stuff. Then you come the next day and say you're able to stay around! :)

Yes, well I am not a total Bastard, but other than that the idea has merit :)

I am just happy that for once my employers used some common sense in matching the person to the job.

Mind you- the guy that is going now instead of me, and just got 9 days to get ready is not pleased.

ps Thanks all fer th' ingridients at th' clan meetin, Darad an Amelia I think. I was able ta brew a keg o' th' green beer, at least after Farhope traded me her barrel o' water fer me empty barrel! Heh. Ah'm such a Dorf! So it'll be me contribution at th' next clan party or meetin. [:D]

BTW- The easiest place to refill that water barrel is now the puddle under the temple- just pop down the path behind spiritus and you are there.

Sorry we ran out of Green Beer at the meeting so early on- I wish Id had another cask- but now I do, so next time we can try more.
