aerick ran a test to see how many people are actually reading/responding to posts here. There may be people who are unable to for one reason or another. If we are to discuss the bulk of the issues here instead of at meetings, then we (who actually haen't a problem getting here) should make a better attempt to be more vocal on ALL subjects that are issues. I am seriously troubled by posts that seem to be rude and argumentative and not constructive at all.

I'm not sure I understood your last statement correctly, Nunul. I'm not aware of any rude postings on this board lately. Please forgive my ignorance but what did you mean with your last statement?

I'd rather not elaborate or focus on a particular post while in this forum. Suffice it to say that it was a recent post by someone dealing with new memberships. I was hot when I started this thread...now I'm luke warm...

I can be rude, I know. Constructive, I try :-)
But if I post and I am rude and not constructive, this is good for me: after I have written the post, generaly I feel better, the wind is no more a tempest but only a gentle breeze... in this case, I post for me, I know, sorry if it is rude and harsh (hmm, I don't know really the difference but I am sure there is one, I will check).

I have never seen a post from you that I felt was rude in the slightest, Farhope. <smiles>

If you are ever in an angry mood relating to any other member, I would like to offer the advice that you withhold posting anything on the forum until that anger has subsided. In my early days of Clan Lord I used to post things on forums in anger, and inevitably discovered th next day I sounded like a flaming idiot and regretted not waiting a day to cool off and think clearly. <grins> If you do have a beef with someone that just cant wait, I suggest E-mailing them directly.

I've been known to be quite hasty...to a fault.
Beefs should be dealt with one-on-one...I will remember that bit of advice.
Please strike the last line of my opening post in this thread. It WAS written while I was angry. And for that I humbly apologize.
The point I was trying to make is that I for one am relying on this forum to gauge members opinions on certain subjects. This is why the forums are here. For us to discuss subjects in detail and retrospectively prior to or instead of at meetings. I just wanted to urge members to take the time and reply to posts as if they we're actual discussions, not just read them over.
I take no issue with anyone expressing their opinions strongly in the forums (\action hugs Farhope), in fact, I value them greatly. I am quite vocal with my opinions (as you all may have noticed).
