Post Office Quests - NPC List

Somewhere in the library, I once saw a list of all the NPCs in Puddleby - or at least the ones to whom what's-his-name in the Post Office might ask one to deliver a package. But I can't remember where I saw it. Does anyone know of such a list?

I'm pretty sure the list was somewhere on Aravir's scrolls although I don't remember the exact location.
