The steam is just short of scalding.

I've been in there a while sometimes as I wait for ranks.
I did a quick search though my logs. There was one time (OOC: Oct 2001) where I was in the sauna for just over 75 OOC minutes - and I lived to tell about it!
I haven't noticed any adverse effects. Although I still haven't passed 4th :)
And it took me forver to pass 3rd :)
And Lerri and I are divorced... :)

Maybe it's bad luck!
Maybe it's all a coincidence!
Or maybe the sauna is secretly evil!
