Umm, any free samples you want will come out of the Treasury, so I'll have to check with whoever's in charge of that (yes, I think they invented bureaucracy to keep out of work).

Just a thought on the topic of beer: Perhaps we could get a 'Beer Drive' going, and try and convince the super powerful (ergo super rich) fighters to each donate ten or so kegs to town square and just keep constant drinking there for a few days. For no good reason.
