I guess this happens when you enter certain areas for the first. You get a message and earn some exp points.

I have also gotten that message (only once) and it was in an area of the Tanglewood that I'm sure I've been in before. I know nothing else of the matter, though.

it is 1 rank worth of exp. the location for it used to be 1 north of just west of OC. it may have changed. you can also get an exporeing rank somewhere on noth. and you can get one from the old cemetery.

Do I also get the exp when someone chains me thru the locations? =) Phiros, let's investigate that! I'm the fallen and you're the chainer. :)

I can shed some light on the topic, I believe.

* The message used to be fairly common in TW6 (NE of meadow; N of N pass)

* Since then it has moved, prolly now in OC

* As far as I know, you can only get it once

* Sargon- Yes, you do get the exp if you're chained through, although you'd probably have to go through several times to catch it.

* As Ender said, it's about a rank.
