Vermine/Farms Hunt

The Clearing of the farms hunt scheduled for this Sunday the 7th of January has been postponed till the 14th. I will post a message with Koppi this weekend to make the most of his yelling.

As of late Koppi has been viewed as "background noise" by many exiles. Word of mouth is my backup plan to get the message out to Puddleby. I will be speaking with members of various clans and will possibly be attending a couple of clan meetings to announce our intentions.

Nyssa (whom I'm only slightly familiar with) has alerted me to the fact that she had a plan of her own to hold the identical hunt. She went as far as to make a scroll for it:

I have a rough count of 40 buildings within the area of the 6 farms and we will need BODIES! (preferrably live!)

The clan events board has been updated (Thanks Kiriel!).
I will be speaking with Nyssa about formulating a "plan" of attack.

I'm not sure yet whether I can make it on 14th. (Returning to my parents during that weekend) But I'll try to attend.

14th is great for me!
I think we should all make a concious effort to tell new exiles we meet, and have them spread the word to their friends, as they are the crowd we really want for this event.

I will do that for sure. It's important though that 14th is the really final date now. Otherwise we look kinda silly and nobody will take us serious in the future. Someone could also post a note in the newsgroup.

I couldn't agree with you more Sargon. We would look silly. But the reasoning of postponing is to take a breath for a week after the holidays and have clanning back to normal levels. Also, this gives us a chance to have Koppi yell for the whole week prior to the hunt.
