Loovma?

I have been reading over old post and I know mentus does not help with SS aging.
I thought that loovma does because she helps maintain your tools just curious if anyone knows for sure.

Loovma helps with chains, shiny daggers, fishing rods (I think), and anchors. That's it.

Mentus DOES seem to help with sunstones, if not very much.
