Other Positions

There has been a deficit of people offering to run for additional positions. This is a problem. My theory is that some people feel self-concious, or that they may 'not be good enough,' or that no one really wants them to do something.

If you're in the clan, you're obviously and thoroughly wanted by all. We don't have social tensions and cliques within the clan (not yet, and hopefully not ever). If you're interested in something, say so. If you can't decide, post a list of things you're interested in.

I recommend taking whatever aspect most clans suck at that annoys you the most, signing up for the position that covers that area, and making durned sure that OUR clan doesn't exhibit those degenerate qualities. Seriously, there are 8 of us right now, and there is no 'other people' to pick up our slack (well, now that Kiriel's away ;-) so I highly recommend everyone grabbing a position, and running with it. Let's see where we can go, rather than stay where we are.

Are we just going to use what we have on the web site?

I guess each position, responsibilities, etc will grow as the clan grows. For instance, perhaps not all of the responsibilities of each position can be performed based on the size of the clan but they can be once the clan grows...

I'll run for some position. I'm not sure which - I'll have to check what was on the list again...

We need to hash this out in a meeting.
Speaking of meetings, I'm not quite sure we nailed down a schedule for them as of yet, and until that happens...we may be in a bit of disarray. I havent seen many clan members on as of late to ask their opinions on positions to be filled. I'll try my darndest to be at the impromtu meeting tomorow. (thursday)
