It was part of the original clan plan that if an officer would be gone for an extended period of time they would appoint a temporary replacement. Since it seems that Phiros forgot to do so before leaving, perhaps it would be best for the clan to do so.

I am in agreement here. Though investigations can be largely run by the clan as a body, I think it is important to set and follow policy, especially as we encounter new situations. So let's appoint us an interm, with all the mockery now associated with that word. =)

I know a lot of stuff, but I'm pretty poorly suited to actually figuring it out. I think I'd be better suited as Clan Librarian, who makes information found by Investigations public.
