Frequency of Newsletters

Now that my role as reporter is official (what have I gotten myself into? :-), Here's a question for all the clan members :

How frequent should the clan newsletter be?

Would people prefer a newsletter only when there's soemthing to report, or something once zodiac (1 every ooc week), or once every two zodiakes (ooc bi-weekly?).

Let me know what you all think.

I think that once every zodiac would be too much. It sounds like a lot of work to do and if the newsletter appears too much, there's a risk it will slowly stop in some months since there simply isn't enough to put in in one single zodiac.

On the other hand if the period is too long, the letter doesn't really contain "news". :)

So I'd go for a 2-zodiac period as a start and see how it works. Maybe an enchanted mail address like "newsletter@windsofdawn.org" could be used to submit articles for the newsletter. [I think that's better than sending the articles to the person who's in charge atm] I'm not the officer here but I hope you don't mind me making suggestions. (which are not really thought-out well since it's still in the morning <g>)

I think the newsletter@windsofdawn.org is a good suggestion.
