There is now a Membership Status area on our scrolls at:

Please use this area to track the status of potential members (including those we have encouraged to join who haven't completely shot down the idea). Discussion about potential members should be done via the clan mailing list but members can check the status area to see what point in the membership process various potentials are at. Currently any member can modify the information here.
