Ethereal Portal Stone

It seems some random exiles have a stone in their inventories courtesy of the Chaos Storm of creating a one-way portal to the Ethereal Plane.

Two positive identifications of exciles are Garr and Monkey.

Maybe this should be further looked into (why did such exiles get these stones, what was the criteria for getting them, etc etc).

Tater and I went with a group of exiles to meet with Tenebrion. He offered to exchange an etherial stone for a teleportation stone, but the bunny (Malkor) didn't take the offer, but the offer is still open. We got a number of hints to the uses of such stones. I made a visionstone of the meeting and can upload it if people woule like. Also, I had a breif Sunstone exchange with Tenebrion about Umbrion's library before the meeting, and I will try to extract it from my text log and post it here :)
