I wish to join this clan

I wish to join this clan, I have attemped to join other clans but have been rejected(many times). I have considered my alteritives many times and this looks like the clan for me, but i don't think members will vote me in because i usually hunt alone or leave hunts earlie(less than half an hour into a hunt i usually leave) and I cannot translate time zones ( sorry i just never memorized it [i'm in CST time zone] )

We're honored you're interested Mario. Not sure if you are clear on the goals of our clan, but we really aren't the type to reject a member based on their schedule (that being said we do like our members to let us know if they're going to be gone an extended period of time- we're sort of a close bunch). To us what matters most is that you're interested in helping out new exiles and that you're a fairly nice person (these two generally go hand in hand, but you never know).

Regarding translating time zones, there's a good scroll at http://www.timeanddate.com/time/abbreviations.html where you can get definitions and conversions for various time zones. Our events page also has a conversion built into it (and you can tell the messageboard to display post times in your time zone).

If you can make one of our clan meetings I highly recommend it- it's the best time to meet clan members. We also seem to regularly have members around in the late-afternoon/early evening, and late at night. Goric is currently our membership coordinator- he's a good person to talk to in more detail about this.

I couldn't find the area where it translates time. i don't need the abbreviations, i just need the time in cst for the meetings.

Look right at the bottom of the events page. There's a drop down list there for your time zone. You can select the appropriate time zone and click set, and then it will set a cookie on your computer so that whenever you come back to the page, it will show everything in that time zone.

Note: If you are in an area which observes daylight savings, you should be sure to use CDT instead of CST.

As Kiri pointed out, most elequently I might add, we are more interested in your attitude and goals than in what time zone you are in or even how could you are at your chosen profession. We are a clan that focuses on helping others. More speciafically new exiles. These are the main things we look for in perspective members.
