I'm not sure if there is any point to using the ratings feature on a forum like ours. I'm wondering if I should disable it. Please vote your preference.

Yes. Definately. Absolutely!

Why keep it?
It's not like there's a competition between clan members to have the most popular thread on the forum.
Get rid of it is my opinion.

Ok... I misinterpreted the rating system for the "poll" system. The poll system rocks, Kiriel. Is the rating system the "Breeze", "Gust" thing?

The rating system allows you to set ratings for threads to indicate how much you like them. Then the rating shows up in a column on the thread list as a certain number of stars. The main advantage to removing the rating system is it means one less column on the thread list and a little less potential confusion. If folks think the rating system is useful, there's no reason to disable it, I'm just not sure if it quite fits our mode of dicussion.
The polls are great, I'm definitely not turning those off!

Thank you for the clarification, Kiriel. I definately side with TerraHawk on the issue.

Greetings,
I have not seen this rating thing you are talking about. I thought you were rating stuff like PG-13 and such...
I will have to look for it if its still there.
As for teh polls, I like em.
