I think this should be looked into in a major way, as this might be a lead to us getting merchant access to areas, finding a new town, or otherwise vastly expanding our turf.

He probably wants to take a ship back to the mainland. With something like 100k to blow on bribes, he'd get past the guard post at the reef halfway there.

OOC: Hmm... So, is there supposed to be IC shipments regularly? This isn't too clearly explained to me. I guess there has to be, to get us new exiles, but the way DT works, I'm not too sure.

I'd really like it if they said that every 2-3 weeks/months/minutes, a ship came from the mainland. Except that they can't, since we need a lighthouse to accomodate merchant ships, let alone prison ships. Could just be a contradiction, not well thought out, or it could be a major clue to something.

I've always assumed that there's just a shipment of prisoners from the mainland once every other zodiac. Most of the merchants come from places east of the reef. (TenkirArms is a Peaceton company, if I'm not mistaken)
