I would think that someone would have investigated this before, if so, what was the result, if not, let's.

Qual and the T'rool are clearly related. They're his pawns.

The T'rool and the Darshak are clearly related. They both have those moon symbols. On the Darshak trees through Ash, and the T'rool also have one in their town, behind their leader-guy.

So, are Qual and the Darshak connected? How? Towards what end?

Are Qual and the Undine connected? Do we have fewer foes than we thought, and they're just more organized, perhaps?

Qual is most definitely anti-Undine. The undine are used as guards around his enemy, Votenkath's, castle.

So if Qual is against the Undine, but his minions and the Darshak have the same symbol, does that mean that Qual is a pawn to whoever controls the 'shak? Or is the symbol something much different?

Does anyone know if anyone has looked into this at all? Could this be a clue to something that people have just been shrugging off? Anyone know what the moon symbol means?

Qual has nearly direct control over the T'rool'kins, but not so much the T'rool. Mac-arena thinks Qual is a Darshak himself, but does anybody ever believe anything he says? ;)

It very well could be that the Darshak Theocracy merely worships the same god(ess) as the T'rool, and nothing more sinister.
