Sweet! This evening, I scraped my money and favors together, and purchased my pendant! Good thing I had it to save me the walk from the healers temple to town square. And from S of town to town square. This puppy is gonna get a lot of use.
So anyway, I'm excited as all get-out. =)

Good for you!
But it's going to suck when all the healers get pendants and you all just pendant home while us fighters will have to trudge the long, slow walk home... :)
If you ask me using the pendant is almost like cheating when the rest of us have to walk ALL the way back! :)
The healers should stay and keep us fighters company. We do get lonely on those long boring walks...
I want a quick way home too! Here's an idea, next time we're way off in the boonies and the lucky healers pendant home, we quickly go get killed by something so the healers have to walk all the way back to help. Won't that be fun! Who's with me? :)

lol Konoko!
Fret not, my favorite seamstress! While Aerick is getting slow and chubby from a lack of exercise, we'll remain lean mean (well...sort of mean) fighting machines (well... ok... half-oiled cogs). Ever notice how some of those 4th circle healers start putting on weight (except for Tater who persistently runs laps around me trying to keep my pathetic arse upright)?

LOL!
I guess you're right! Aerick's pendant will be the beginning of the end for him. I can see it now: he'll help on a rescue, pendant back home, hang out in the healer bar or bakery or something waiting for the rest of us walking back. He'll eat and drink more than before and with no exercise yet. It's just not healthy... :)
I almost feel sorry for him! :)

Hey, what's a few stone in one's old age? I mean, sure, running will be slower, but I'll only have to go halfway! Doesn't take much fitness to poke someone with a stone anyhow, or point a cad at them.
And it already saved my butt in the Darshak raid. Healed Romuli, who got knocked right back down, then I got penned in at the docks, and slipped out, popped back in to heal Romuli again, after which he got knocked right back down.
See how useful it is!!! <g>

Hi!
Congrats for getting this thingy, Aerick! Glad to hear that that log you've found in SF ages ago finally was of some use. *smiles*

It's probably less of a waste than doing it from E town. I'm sure glad the thing doesn't run out.
Of course, almost every time it WOULD have saved much time, I forget I have it. I think I have a cursed pendant. Can we get me a new one? Pretty please, with sugar on top?
But you know what the best part of the pendant will be? Going to Tenebrion, and taunting him that he can't have it!
