The dwarf with the plan has apparently disappeared again, her strange schedule is very interesting. Perhaps we should take a closer look at when she is and isn't around. I'll try to do a "sit-next-to-the-NPC-and-chat-with-people" marathon on Saturday for a full Puddleby day and see if she's predictable or if it's random.
