'Noth Juice and Trool Blood

Is it yet known how we can extract 'Noth Juice or T'rool blood? I remember one evening just after an update when I regularly got Trool blood with no training, but I assume that was a bug. I just haven't heard anything in eons.

I don't think Noths give juice anymore. T'rool blood seems to be unextractable again. No trainer for either.
