Well, here it is. The poll I promised id post to find out where everyone lives. Then we can find as central a location as possible for the meeting.
I hope to see you all soon!

Just an fyi.
Canada's pretty big (world's second biggest country :) so I thought I'd narrow it down a bit. I'm in western Canada (prairies). I'm basically in central Canada (pretty much right in the middle). But when you say Central Canada to a Canadian (most/some - the east half) will think you mean Ontario. I don't like this description myself but that's just the way it was way back when with explorers and what not. Just a little trivia for ya... :)

Hehe...to add to the Canadian problem, most people in the US think Aerick and I live in Canada [;)]

Why do they think that?
What have you guys been telling everyone? :)

Aethelred, on the contrary, MOST people in the world have no idea I exist.
Yeah, but there is that great travel agent stupid people quote (like the computer help call ones) about someone asking what kind of currency they use in Maine. And if they'd need a visa.

I'm not offended or unhappy or complaining, but I just realized that Asia, with 12+ timezones, the largest landmass, and most of the people in the world, is lumped in 'other'.
Hmm, need more scattered clan mates! Untapped territory!

Well, I think if I had tried to cover every time zone and part of the country, I would still be writing the poll. We are only allowed up to 10 options for the poll so I had to stick with the places where teh most folks live.
Konoko. So are you near teh Alcan Hwy?? I traveled by van, a few years ago, from Texas up to Anchorage, Alaska and back. I cant recall the names of the towns but one of em had a "prarie" in it.

Nope - not near the highway. That's more on the west coast (BC) and Alberta I think. I'm not sure where it is exactly. And maybe the town you're talking about is Grande Prairie?
