Hi Winds!

I just found out what the 5th and 6th circle tests are for fighters:

5th circle (red belt):
Banshee, Fire Beetle (no flames), Blood Wyrm

6th circle (blue belt):
Young Sasquatch, Wrath (should be Wraith?), and 2 Midnight Wedeckas (with rocks)

I haven't even seen most of these! :)

Do we even have any 4th circle fighters? Nuvali you're 3rd right?

I saw a fire beetle once on TI during an Umbrion invasion. I think they may also be found on Umbrion's Isle.

Sasquatches are found in the Valley (east of the mushroom in brambles). Requires a PF and is very difficult.

I believe that's an Orga Wrath, not a wraith. They're very very very hard.

Midnight Wendeckas are mostly found in the passes in the foothills.

Needless to say I won't be anywhere near these tests for a long, long time!

I did hit two things the last time I took the 4th circle test tho!

I will most likely be 3rd circle for...ever. It's the training path I decided to take from the git-go. It's not that I'm good at anything besides fighting (i.e. I don't have any PF training, or Loovma training, or baking training, or mending training).

I'm not going into details about my stats, but I can honestly say that I don't recommend my training path to anyone who is focused on passing circle tests.

Out of curiousity...and I don't really expect an answer to this question, but why would there be a Wraith in the 6th circle test, and a Greater Wraith in the 4th? Or are we talking about a different kind of Wraith?

Again... not that it matters. By the time I get ready to pass 6th circle, my eight year old will be heading off to college. ;-D.

And your 8 year old's CL character will be giving Nuvali advise on passing the 6th circle test... :)

I'm still pretty far off from the 3rd circle test. I'm told 150 atkus and 150 detha is kinda the goal (average?) for passing. Of the 77 ranks I got from my library stay, only 5 went into atkus. And a few more into detha. I have 70 atkus and 85 detha. I still need like 145 atkus and detha combined. And that's kinda boring to train like 80 ranks in one thing. If I trained my next 80 ranks into atkus, I'm betting I'd have like hardly any swings. It would hardly beneficial. Sure I can hit the rage once but I'd have to wait 20 minutes for my balance to regen... :)

I don't really see what the hurry is anyways. Some new weapons (fell, gossamer, blood, would be nice), but I'm still happy with my short sword. I didn't need an axe or great sword or whatever to get all that coinage for Don't Blow It so I don't really see how an axe or great sword or whatever would help.

I would probably need more balthus for instance if I used a different weapon and I'm happy with my 4-5 swings with my short sword...

who will take even longer than Nuvali to even get close to even thinking about 6th circle (or just 3rd circle for that matter... :)

Quick correction, Aethelred:

It is, in fact, an Orga Wrath, on the 6th circle fighter test, and a Greater Wraith on the 4th circle test. Although by the time one reaches 6th circle, the wrath is probably the easiest thing on the test. (Even mid level 5th circles can kill them).
