I would propose a meeting schedule more like the one Kiriel touched on:

Those times are as good (or bad) as any for me.

Blue pants circle is another good place we might consider.

Both times work for me (I won't always be able to make the Tuesday meeting but I usually work from home Tuesdays). Personally I like the bottom of the cliff suggestion the best for the meeting.

- 3pm East Time on sunday is possible for me (it can occur that I come a little late);
- 9pm East Time will almost never be good for me (it means 3am for me, maybe one time very ooc year I will try :-), but no problem: as one of the 2 propositions is good for me, I am happy :-)

For the place, the windy place in the highlands, bottom of the cliff is good. I remember "Farhope is fallen to a fall from the cliff": I was in highland, trapped between the cliff and a bolok, I jumped just when the bolok bring me to "deep red" :-)

Oasis on "a place not well known" is really good, but we need, perhaps, to have a map for everyone in the clan from south coast to the oasis: not very difficult in fact (but can be dangerous).

For a place really safe and easy, the bakery is perfect for me.

The courtyard of Vonkessi's Castle? I don't know where it is!
Campfire at green shirt seller? hmm I am confused, I didn't know there was a campfire there... I go to look.

Other unusual places:
- in the hut of the "Night Wendeckas' challenger" in east forest (there is also a cloth seller, I don't know anymore)
- in the hut of the marsh hermit :-)

Sunday, October 15, Meeting...

Farhope mentioned the bakery for a clan meeting. As a Dwarf with a passion for pastries, I would second the bakery idea for at least next weeks' (oct 15th) meeting. This would allow any newbies to get there safely before we set out on a falling spree. I for one, will be happily munching away there at 3pm Eastern Standard time.
