I love FI and I know everyone else does but I was thinking if no one has explored the badlands much it might be fun if we are very careful! Everytime I go there to explore I get jumped by several bolok cougars let me know if its worth it.

I went to the badlands with Xaerus once. It's kinda interesting, but you gotta be very careful there not to kill your healers :)

Badlands aren't so great, IMHO. It's a fairly small area with 99% junk critters. The "Capture the Flag" "game" is extremely confusing and sometimes just refuses to work. The list could go on and on. I think a cool idea might be if we took the undine hut dark cave.

Before y'all say it's a crazy/dumb/stupid idea, hear me out! I can bring flashlights! <G> (OOC: There's an easy way to patch the graphics file using CLiD that will light up that area.)There's usually not a very huge population of Undine (it's just easy to get trapped when you can't see.)

I think (if Nuvali can brick Wraiths, or if we have a huge complement of healers) it'd be a lot of fun to try to explore AF, even if we don't get very far. What does everyone else think?

just an out-of-clan thought for you...

the Undine area seems to have gone seriously downhill. In two zodiacs I have been there several times, and every time i have met with a negative experience in terms of exiles (basically OOC idiots/jerks). Friends of mine have had similar experiences....to the extent where several well-thought of exiles that I know, along with myself, now avoid the Undine hut and the areas beneath.

I know if we hunt in the undine Lily will not come because of her ic convictions. But I love fighting undine. If nuvali can brick savanah mahas the savanah is fun to hunt and it is huge!

I personally would not go there, but I also am pretty much scheduled to have to do something every single sunday for the rest of my life. So, knock yourselves out! <giggles>

I'm sorry, Althus... this is where one of my greatest weaknesses takes hold and cripples my valor. Undine horrify me, sir. The rotting flesh, the nauseating pungent smell, the agonizing moans of lost souls.... My sanity is questionably borderline as it is. ;-)

I do, however, enjoy the Savannah. The wide open air, the wispy sounds of reeds and long grasses...the panic-stricken-run-like-hell- while-being-mobbed-by-maha moments. Times to be treasured, indeed.

Needless to say, I will follow wherever it is decided we go. But please give me fair warning prior to any endeavors into the undine, so that I might pack the appropriate amount of drink (i.e. courage).
