Meeting Minutes

I have added a meeting minutes section to the clan scrolls. Right now there's no automatic way to post them (I'll look into that), but if the secretary will send me the minutes when they're ready, I can get 'em up pretty quickly.

Currently the minutes are in the members only area. I thought it might be that things would come up during meetings that perhaps shouldn't be generally accessible. If you guys think they should not be password protected, let me know.

I believe they should be password protected, for two reasons:

a) There may be content we would prefer remain confidential to the clan

b) The above notwithstanding, the minutes are an "in context" recitation of the clan's ongoing business. Allowing folk to see and try to interpret them out of context (i.e., not being familiar with the clan's overall discussions) invites the forming of erroneous conclusions and impressions.
