This is to notify the clan that, due to altered circumstances, the Treasury is making an alteration to existing policy. Details below.

[following is my attempt at legal-ese, skip to end for summary]
***Soas to encourage the costly, both cash- and rank-wise, practice of chaining fallen exiles, and whereas this Treasury desires to alleviate the financial strain set upon those individuals who have sacrificed the ranks needed to make economic use of their chains, the office of the Treasury will supply one chain to any clanmember who attains skill with Loovma Geer such that thirty (30) trainings have been gained, indicated by the acknowledgement that said clanmember is 'progressing well,' furthermore, should any clanmember attain a degree of skill with Loovma such that fifty (50) trainings have been gained, indicated by the acknowledgement that said clanmember is 'one of [the] better pupils' the clan will replace any chain broken by that clanmember.***

You know, writing like that is a bunch of fun. =)

Anyway, if you get 30 ranks with Loovma, the Treasury will purchase one chain for you.
If you get 50 ranks with Loovma, the Treasury will replace your chain every time it breaks.

Enjoy the new terms, and feel free to offer suggestions to the Treasury.

Does purchasing the chain include the 2 metal or should that be supplied by the person getting the chain?

Don't worry about me - I don't plan to train with Loovma anytime soon - I need more fighter ranks first!

The Treasury will provide the metal as well. However, if we have no metal available, then the standard policy of 100c per metal applies, should the exile find their own pieces. So if you waltz up with two metal in hand, the Treasury will give you 700c for the chain.

Also, we still need more metal. Kiriel was kind enough to acquire a peice for us, but more metal is needed to ensure chains for all. An additional three would make me comfortable about our chaining needs for the next while.

Aerick, just so that you know, I think that I have 6 metals for the moment! (But I just break a chain).

Nice! Farhope, interested in selling any of those to the Treasury?

The Treasury now has in its possession 2 pieces of metal, so we're ready to provide a chain to anyone with enough Loomva.
