Hello,
Do you all think that the paid library (35c per Zodiac) is worth it? What about the more expensive one? And, exactly how long is Zodiac?
Thanks,
Hippocrates

Thank you for the help guys. I used to stay in the healer library, but now since I have a few Skea, I think I will start using the least expensive one.
Thanks for the input,
Hippocrates

I dont think so Konoko. A good try though. I could not even get any clan funds for the art contest that I am hosting.
I used to use the new expensive library all the time. But time cost got too high. I found that had I spent all my time coin hunting just to try and keep up with the library costs.
It seems that you do get a little extra experience from staying in this library, but Its not much. And to me, it just wasnt worth it!

35c library: 40% more experience than free. Best deal.
175c library: 20% more than 35c.
825c library: 20% more than 175c.
All in all, unless you constantly coin whore, the 35c library is the best deal. It's not to hard, even for a healer, to make the coins to stay there a while. One quick hunt with a fighter of almost any level will work for a week or so.

That's amazing! Thank you all for the help. I believe that I am going to stick with the paid library now that I have some coins saved up.
Thanks again,
Hippocrates

Now on that question how does the fighter library stack up with the payed ones. I know its better then the free on in the center of town but if the cheap payed one is better I might move.

I always thought that libraries like the guild specific (fighter) was the same as the free library in town. I stay in the fighter library myself.
I'll probably start trying out the paid libraries. I haven't yet really because I'm in the library quite a bit and my $ would run out quick.
So are there differences like Liolel's asking?
Liolel - you mention that you know the fighter one is better than the free one. By how much? What's the difference?
Thanks

I might have been imagining it I guess. Maybe I was just to eager to be a fighter. But I thought that I gained a little more ranks then normal. But It probllay just me. Sorry for the confusion.

Here's an interesting twist. What if the profession specific libraries train that profession's ranks faster, say at the paid library speed, but train any other ranks at the free library speed. I always noticied when in the healer library that Eva's training came much faster than, say, the Marsh Hermit's did. Maybe it was just me.

I have heard different numbers, lower than the one Althus gives. I have not done extensive research myself, but I seem to recall Elenis saying 35c Lib was 10% more than the free, 175c lib was 20% more than the free ones. My brief experiments with the super-expensive lib seemed to indicate it offered a greater improvement over the 175c Lib than the 15c lib did over the 35c one or the 35c one did over the free ones.

I got my #s from Sala Dragon, who has done some research on the subject.
The guild librarys give the exact same experience as the free library. Anyone telling you differently is misinformed.
