Who is still Dewed?

We must be very careful - some who are mildly dewed want to be cured. But others seem so completely dewed that they may be unhappy at having to barf up their dews. Is there anyone in WoD who has ever been dewed? Does anyone have a list of the dewed?

I got dewed a few years back, and would be thrilled to have it fixed, but haven't left the library in ages, as usual, so don't have a clue what's going on.
