As was proposed in the meeting held today, I would put forward the proposition that until we have someone who is to be the "coordinator" who will fill the Hunt Coordinator Office, each hunt should be arranged by the officer who's office requires the hunt. For example, new exile hunts: farhope, member candidate hunts: Lilly, investigative hunts: Windy Dorf...etc.

At the hunts I am able to attend, I'd be more than happy to "lead" them. But I would like to go on record as saying that I don't claim to be the most qualified of hunters. I am but a 2nd

As I promised to try to schedule some generic hunts until we get an official hunt coordinator so the work isn't all on the other officers, I just scheduled three hunting events. I tried to pick a couple different times that I know I can be there to partipate, and I'm hoping that everyone will be able to make at least 1 or 2 of them. There's one at PST midnight, one at EST midnight, and one at 3pm PST. My hope is that if we make an effort to have events at a lot of different times, then there will be more chances for clan members to participate in hunts together and we'll be able to have more fun as a clan, even if we can't all make every hunt.

You can see all the hunts I scheduled on the events page. I hope that we'll have some more hunts scheduled by the other officers soon too!

FYI, it seems that 3pm PST on a weekday is not a good time for a hunt. Nobody was there. :(

So now we all know that for next time.

Whoops! Thought it was 4pm (not that I could have come anyway....) I think once we have more members, we will be able to field more hunts more often, and with greater time diversity.

Well, my hope was to schedule some hunts at a bunch of different times to get a feel for what works and what doesn't. So we know now 3pm PST doesn't work, and we can keep trying to find good times.

Sorry, usually, it is perfect time for me...
I will, I am afraid, not be able to attend the other ones

Not even the midnight PST one Farhope? I scheduled that with you and Lilly in mind. Is the time bad or just the day?

Midnight PST can be good for me... but usually I have lot of difficulties to plan head something in the morning (morning for me midnight PST = 9am for me :-). It can occur that I have lot of time in the morning or ... no time at all. The best time is (usually) 3 or 4PM east time for me.
