Koppi and the farms hunt

I think it will be good to let Koppi to yell about our "Farms" hunt. When will it be the best moment?

Since the farm hunt will be on this Sunday, we should let Koppi know soon. I guess there are a lot of people who can't be in the lands everyday, so it would be nice to let them know too.

I'm not sure how many IC-days Koppi yells a message, but it would also be good if >50% of the time would be before the hunt. Otherwise it looks a bit silly. =)

I don't know how long Koppi yells either, I think it depends on how much news he gets, and I think that it can be up to an OOC week.

But it's definitely a good idea to use him for advertising, and to start using word of mouth as well.

The Treasury will pay back whoever gets Koppi started, or give the money up front if we're on at the same time.
